Question Cruncher

Terms of use

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Acceptance

By accessing questioncruncher.com or using the Question Cruncher app (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Question Cruncher is an online platform for practising exam-style questions. The service is under active development: features may be added, changed or removed as we build, and parts of the service may be offered as early access.

Your account

You can create an account with an email address or by signing in with a third-party provider offered on the sign-in page, such as Google. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Acceptable use

The service is provided for your personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract question content;
  • republish, resell or redistribute questions, solutions or explanations;
  • share your account or circumvent plan limits;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
  • use the content to build or train a competing product or dataset.

Content and intellectual property

Questions, solutions, explanations and all other content in the service are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own study while you have an account.

You keep ownership of anything you submit — answers, working, feedback. You grant us a licence to store and process your submissions to operate and improve the service.

Paid plans

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices are shown before you are charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". It is a study aid: we do not guarantee exam results, and while we work hard on quality, we do not warrant that every question, solution or explanation is free of errors.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AUD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and if the changes are material we will let you know in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
